PRIZES – ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: An all-new 2014 Ford Explorer (MSRP $30,015) and a trip for two (2) to a 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ race of winner’s choice. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a city near the Race; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a $300 allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay; two (2) VIP passes (“VIP Passes”) and two (2) VIP access passes to the Race; $500 spending money (awarded as a gift card); and travel agent services. Winner will also receive $5,000 (awarded as a check), which is intended to help offset any federal or state tax obligations related to the acceptance of the Grand Prize. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of the vehicle from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $40,415.
